The busy season is upon us!

As the holiday season starts ramping up for all of our clients, it gets busier and busier at Stoney Creek Pet Lodge & Rehab Center!  To make your holiday lodging check-in as smooth as possible, please update yourself on some of our new policies and important reminders!

• All NEW dogs or dogs that have not stayed with us in the PAST YEAR are REQUIRED to attend an evaluation day. This allows them to be comfortable with us and for our staff to observe and assign them to a play group that fits their needs and personality during their stay. It also gives you a chance to take a tour of our great facility! This applies for both DAYCARE and LODGING.

• All pets must enter the building on a leash or in a carrier and are the responsibility of the owner until they enter the building!

• All medications must be provided in their original containers!

• You are welcome to bring your own food, but our in-house food is an extra charge!

• Time outside is included in your pet’s lodging package, but an extra time out before bed at 10PM is an extra charge!

• Photos posted on social media accounts are taken at random. To ensure that a photo of your pet is posted and sent directly to your phone while you are away, consider our Paws to Phone Home service!
